1. Cancellation by the Subscriber

Subscribers may cancel their Executor Hub subscription at any time via their account settings or by contacting our support team at hello@executorhub.co.uk.

• Free Trial Users: If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged, and your access will end immediately.

• Monthly Subscribers: If you cancel a monthly subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.

• Annual Subscribers: If you cancel an annual subscription, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Refunds may be available at our discretion, depending on the remaining subscription term.

2. Cancellation by Executor Hub

Executor Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate a subscription if:

• Payment is not received.

• There is a violation of our Terms of Service.

• The service is discontinued. In such cases, prorated refunds may be issued.

3. Refund Policy

• No Refunds for Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly plans are non-refundable once billed.

• Partial Refunds for Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel an annual subscription within 14 days of payment, you may receive a partial refund, deducting the cost of used months.

• Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances, subject to review.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your Executor Hub account.

• Navigate to Account Settings > Subscription Management.

• Select Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.

• You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Once your subscription ends:

• You will lose access to all premium features and stored documents.

• Grace Period for Document Retrieval: Your uploaded documents will remain accessible for 30 days after cancellation. During this period, you can log in and download any necessary files.

• Permanent Deletion: After 30 days, all uploaded documents and stored data will be permanently deleted from our system and cannot be recovered.

• Early Deletion Requests: If you prefer immediate data deletion, you may request this before the 30-day period ends by contacting hello@executorhub.co.uk.

• Reactivation Within 30 Days: If you resubscribe within 30 days of cancellation, your documents and account data will be fully restored.

• After 30 Days: If you resubscribe after the 30-day retention period, your documents will have been permanently deleted, and Executor Hub will be unable to restore any previous data.

6. Legal Compliance & Data Protection

Executor Hub ensures compliance with relevant data protection laws:

• GDPR (EU/UK): Users have the right to request access to their data, deletion, or portability as per GDPR regulations.

• Data Security: All stored data is encrypted and handled with industry-standard security practices.

• User Rights: Users may request a copy of their data before cancellation by contacting our Data Protection Officer at hello@executorhub.co.uk.

7. Changes to This Policy

Executor Hub reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify subscribers of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.
